Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy
When you receive the items please check the invoice and sign it is correct.
If you are unsatisfied with the order received and if the item is missing, dirty, broken or incorrect please inform customer service immediately.
If the item you order is out of stock we will inform you immediately. If you then wish to cancel the order we will refund you.

Refund & Exchanges
With the exception of panties, nu bra and promotional item, we gladly accept regular priced, unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise in its original condition for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in its original packaging with tags still in place and please login to your account and completed return form.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you obtain package tracking and/or delivery confirmation to track your exchange. We are not responsible for exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.

We sincerely recommend that before making a purchase the customer evaluates the item’s size, style, and other details.
  1. We do not accept exchange or refund when the item is a promotional item
  2. We do not accept exchange or refund for panties and Nu bra.
  3. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse in West Kowloon Hong Kong.
  4. There is an open window of 7 days for returns on items starting from the order date. There is no returning the item after this period.

How to return or exchange
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Code and send your item(s) back to us within 7 days.

RECEIVING YOUR RETURNS CODE
  1. Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
  2. Click on the “Return Request” button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
  3. If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, choose the replacement size.
  4. To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used.
  5. Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. You will then receive your Returns Code.

Exchanges
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse in West Kowloon Hong Kong., but if you are based outside of Hong Kong you will also need to pay taxes and duties on this.

Simply request a Returns Code through your Inshine.me account, and specify the new size you require. For exchanges outside of Hong Kong, you will be prompted to tick a box on the 'REVIEW & CONFIRM' page. You will see a breakdown of cost and this authorizes Inshine.me to deduct the total taxes and duties from the original card used to place your order.

Do I have to fill out the return/exchange form?
By filling out the form, we will understand what you love, and what you don’t love. This will help us suggest what bras are most suitable for you in the future.

What about the panties, can I return them too?
To prevent hygiene problems panties are not returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges, therefore please review the order carefully before you purchase.

When do I have to return the bras?
You will have 7 days to try on, and return the bras. During this 7 days trial, please decide on the ones you would like to keep, and the ones you would like to return. We gladly accept regular priced, unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise in its original condition for refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in its original packaging with tags still in place (Except panties, nu bra and promotional item)
